WHO SHOULD ATTEND

The Level 2 First Aid for Mental Health course is designed for those who want to learn more about mental health, get a better understanding of it, and help others in the workplace by implementing a mental health action plan and other knowledge learned from this mental health training.

The discussion of mental health has grown significantly, and deservedly so. It has been a taboo issue in previous years, and even right now, but there is nothing taboo about it when it comes to family, friends, and colleagues. One of the primary goals of this course is to assist identify people who may be suffering from it and to teach them how to help themselves via a better understanding of the subject. CERTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT

A range of teaching strategies, such as real-life scenario scenarios, videos, and group exercises, will be used to ensure that you have the knowledge and understanding to increase awareness of mental health. This course is available in-person with one of our Mental Health & Wellbeing trainers or online through Zoom. There will be a multiple-choice test at the end of this one-day programme.

After successfully completing the course, each participant will get a certificate indicating they completed the Level 2 First Aid for Mental Health programme. The First Aid Awards automatically approve certificates, which have a three-year validity term (FAA).
